We are able to design, manufacture and deliver any type of machine, device or production line to the customer.

We offer comprehensive CNC services. We have many years of experience in CNC machining (turning, milling); we have our own design department and a staff of well-trained employees. We make ready-made details from metal and plastics. We carry out processes in accordance with the implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

We are constantly developing our machinery, training our team, and expanding our production capabilities. Construction of machines and devices
How we work at BUDRAD
a) Together with the client, we define the project goal (problem to be solved), the scope and project assumptions, as well as the criteria for assessing their implementation.
b) We develop the machine concept. We determine what technical solutions we intend to use to achieve the project goal.
c) We confirm the machine concept. Theoretical analyses, computer simulations, simulations on functional models, etc., confirming the probability that the machine, designed and constructed in accordance with the developed concept, will meet the design assumptions.
d) We design the machine in a 3D computer environment, analyse critical elements and components, perform calculations, simulations, and select materials. We prepare technical documentation – in accordance with the scope of the project, e.g. 2D executive documentation, risk analysis, etc.
e) We verify the design results for compliance with the assumptions.
f) We build the machine.
g) We test the machine for compliance with the assumptions (FAT).
h) We confirm the compliance of the test results with the assumptions, according to the agreed evaluation criteria.
j) We deliver the machine and project documentation to the client.
j) We participate in the launch, testing and commissioning of the machine at the customer’s site (SAT).
k) We perform periodic inspections and service repairs.
We work for over 100 small and large, local and global customers from the railway, machinery, automotive, household appliances, food, etc. industries.
We carry out processes in accordance with the implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
We carry out medium and small production series, as well as individual orders.
To build machines, we use components manufactured by us, purchased and/or entrusted by the customer. We use a database of proven and reliable suppliers.
